11-year-old arrested after Derry disorder

An 11-year-old boy has been arrested in Derry as part of investigations into disorder at the Nailors Row Interface in the City.

He was arrested on suspicion of offences including riotous behaviour and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.

He has since been bailed to allow for further police enquiries to be conducted.

Investigations are continuing into the recent disorder, and Police encourage anyone with information or footage, including dash-cam, to come contact police on 101.
