The Drumkeen Environmental Community Group and The Men’s Shed Ballybofey and Stranorlar have come together to raise €16,300 between the organisations.
The groups held a Tractor and Honda run alongside an Auction, which attracted visitors from across Ulster.
Chairperson of the Drumkeen Environment Community Group, Gary Sweeney says the fundraising allows the group to move forward with plans.
He adds that it shows potential for future events that the group will hold:
