Taoiseach Michael Martin has told the Dail that there will be investment in rail services in the North West in the future, but didn’t elaborate on locations or timescales.
Addressing TDs about the success of the Shared Island Initiative, Michael Martin confirmed there would be further investment in rail, but the government’s immediate priority in terms of the North West is the restoration of a PSO supported air service between Derry and Dublin……………
