Derry City drew 1-1 with league-leaders Shamrock Rovers in the SSE Airtricity League Premier Division in Tallaght last night.
A first-half Liam Boyce header put Derry in a good position but Aaron Greene found the equaliser for the home side 7 minutes from time.
Elsewhere, Shelbourne were beaten 3-0 at home to Bohemians in the Dublin derby.
Derry make their return to the Ryan McBride Brandywell this Friday night against Drogheda United.
