Thousands have gathered at the home of Daniel and Majella O’Donnell in Meenbanad for their Boil the Kettle for Relay event.
Davy Cowan, a member of the Donegal Relay for Life Committee and one of the organisers of the event, says he is delighted with the turn out.
Gardaí are managing traffic, with shittle buses running from the Keadue Rovers Foorball Pitch.
