Planning permission has been granted for nine homes in Loughanure.
The application, submitted by Charles Roarty, will see a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes developed in the Radharc An Iúir housing estate.
In March of this year the same contractor delivered 29 turn key social homes for Donegal County Council in Gweedore. It’s understood that talks are ongoing for a similar arrangement for the current project.
