The Agriculture Minister says he’s not considering an extension to slurry spreading season.
It follows a call from The Association of Farm and Forestry Contractors in Ireland, which says the extreme weather conditions this summer have resulted in less fertiliser being spread.
Martin Heydon says he doesn’t think changing the regulations would be helpful……………
