A school bus provider in Letterkenny has issued a notice this afternoon warning of an issue that is creating serious problems on Fridays.
McGettigan Travel say things have become very difficult for themselves and other coach operators in the area.
In a social media post, they say when they leave with secondary school children at 1.15, roadworks-related delays make them late for the 2 o’clock collection, and that in turn makes them late for the 3 o’clock collection. They say it’s a schedule that ran like clockwork before the Letterkenny roadworks began.
