The Omagh Bombing Inquiry has been told the latest Chapter of the Inquiry, which has begun today, is looking at how the bombing was carried out, and who was behind it.
Counsel to the Inquiry Paul Greaney told Chairperson Lord Turnbull that future chapters will examine 32 other attacks and attempted attacks in a bid to see if there are links to Omagh, and this latest chapter will be central to the inquiry’s attempt to develop a working hypothesis regarding the details of the bombing.
Mr Greaney stressed that as much of the inquiry as possible will be heard in public……………….
