Passengers flying from City of Derry Airport with Ryanair will need to check in earlier from November 10th.
From then, the check-in closure time changes from 40 to 60 minutes before departure.
EasyJet will introduce the same change from January 2027.
Passengers are advised to note the new deadlines to avoid missing their flights.
The policy is being brought in across Ireland.
