The Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee says they want to know how Revenue will deal with those who can’t pay the property tax.
John McGuinness and his colleagues are due to meet with the head of the Revenue Commissioners today.
It’s expected the new local property tax will be among the topics up for discussion, along with the collection of VAT on international trade.
Mr McGuinness says they’ll be seeking a humane approach:
