Agriculture Minister Simon Coveney has told the Dail he is making some changes to the implementation of the Nitrates Directive, and putting protocols in place to plan for fodder problems in the future.
Minister Coveney was speaking on an urgent topics motion introduced by three deputies, including Donegal TD Joe Mc Hugh.
