The inspections at Carndonagh Community Hospital and St Joseph’s Hospital in Stranorlar both found significant shortcomings
Cllr Patrick McGowan said he sympathises with management and staff at St Josephs Hospital in Stranorlar and Carndonagh Community Hospital because he says their hands are tied.
