Seamus Coleman will be assessed by Everton’s medical staff after he appeared to pick up a hamstring injury during his teams’ 1-1 draw at West Brom on Monday night.
The 25 year-old Killybegs man was replaced by John Stones with 11 minutes of the Premier League match left.
Everton manager Roberto Martinez said after the match: “Coleman felt his hamstring a little bit and we will assess him.
“It’s important that we give him 24 hours and assess him from there.
“It’s not a good sign because he would never normally want to come off.”
The Republic of Ireland International has made 30 appearances for Everton this season, scoring six goals.
It is reported that Coleman is a target of Manchester United who may test the waters with a £15 million bid.
