TSB building in Letterkenny to go under the hammer at Allsop auction

Three bank branches, two of them rented by AIB and the other occupied by Permanent TSB in Letterkenny are included in the next Allsop Space auction to be held in Dublin next month.
The building at Upper Main Street in Letterkenny is currently let to Permanent TSB Holdings at a rent of €114,500.
The lease on the building runs until 2022 and Allsop Space has set the reserve range at €640,000 to €680,000.
Elswhere, a vancant mid terrace three bedroom house in Letterkenny will also go under the hammmer with a reserve of just 49 thousand euro.
While in Bundoran, two second floor two bedroom apartment are available for ‘tenure’ with a reserve of 10 thousand euro.
