Donegal senior football team boss Jim McGuinness has paid tribute to his team following their defeat by Kerry in the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship decider at Croke Park.
McGuinness said that they were disappointed with the outcome and the fact that they had not reached the performance levels that they know they can.
Regarding his own future, he said that he will take time now to reflect on matters.
Kerry won the senior game 2-9 to 0-12.
He gave his reaction to Highland Radio sport before leaving Croke Park.
