The Donegal county executive convene tonight, with finding a replacement for Jim McGuinness topping their agenda.
Rory Gallagher, assistant during the 2012 All Ireland-winning season, is favourite to succeed McGuinness.
Declan Bonner, Martin Mc Hugh and current assistant Damien Diver are also among those names mentioned.
The board hope to have the post filled by the 3rd of November monthly meeting.
