Social Enterprise & Retail Manager

Spraoi agus Spórt is seeking a motivated and experienced Social Enterprise & Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and development of its Retail Social Enterprise activities, including the Garden Centre, Circular Economy Hub, and Síoraí retail shops.

This is a full-time permanent position, based across service locations in Inishowen

Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Closing Date: 12th June

Start Date: On or before 1st September 2026

The successful candidate will join the Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in delivering strong customer experience, income generation, and social impact.
