Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our Spá Na Mara team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our spa’s daily operations, ensuring that all guest relaxation areas, locker rooms, saunas, and treatment spaces are kept immaculately clean, fully stocked, and welcoming. You will play a vital role in creating a tranquil, premium environment where guests can unwind completely.

You will play a vital role in creating a tranquil, premium environment where guests can unwind completely.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the spa, including relaxation lounges, changing rooms, showers, saunas, steam rooms, and pool decks.

Linen & Amenity Management: Collect used towels and robes, manage spa laundry cycles, and ensure a continuous supply of fresh, plush linens and luxury amenities for guests.

Guest Assistance: Greet guests warmly, distribute lockers, robes, and slippers, and guide them through the spa facilities while explaining safety rules and amenities.

Refreshment Care: Keep the guest relaxation lounges stocked with fresh water ensuring presentation areas look pristine at all times.

Stock & Inventory Control: Monitor and restock vanity items, toiletries, and cleaning supplies across all locker rooms and communal areas, reporting low stock to management.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all wet areas (pools, hot tubs, steam rooms) comply with health and safety standards, regularly checking floors to remove water hazards.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a housekeeping, environmental services, or guest assistant role, ideally within a luxury hospitality, gym, or spa setting.

Skills: Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift linens throughout a shift, alongside a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation details.

Attributes: A warm, polite, and discreet personality, with the ability to maintain a quiet, peaceful atmosphere for guests.

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
