Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Spa Therapist to join our Spa Na Mara team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional professional treatments that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and holistic well-being. By combining technical expertise with a warm, empathetic approach, you will create memorable, bespoke wellness experiences that keep guests returning.

By combining technical expertise with a warm, empathetic approach, you will create memorable, bespoke wellness experiences that keep guests returning.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Treatment Delivery: Perform a wide range of high-quality treatments, including deep tissue massage, facials, body wraps, and holistic therapies, adhering strictly to established spa protocols.

Bespoke Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with guests prior to treatments to understand their medical history, skin type, and specific wellness goals, tailoring the experience accordingly.

Product & Retail Promotion: Educate guests on the benefits of the ingredients used during their treatment and confidently recommend home-care retail products to achieve long-term wellness results.

Sanitation & Room Prep: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment rooms. Set up, sanitize, and restock the station between clients to ensure a seamless workflow.

Guest Retention: Build strong, professional relationships with guests to encourage repeat bookings and contribute to the growth of the spa’s loyal clientele.

Professional Development: Participate actively in regular training sessions, staying up-to-date with brand standards, new techniques, and product knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Certification: Internationally recognized qualification in Massage Therapy and Aesthetics (e.g.,NVQs, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent national certification).

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working as a therapist within a luxury hotel spa, day spa, or high-end salon environment.

Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills, deep knowledge of anatomy and skincare, and strong manual dexterity.

Attributes: A calm, grounded demeanor, strong emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for the wellness industry.

Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate peak guest volumes.
