The new Finn Valley Leisure Centre opens its doors tomorrow, marking the end of a campaign for a swimming pool in the Twin Towns which has gone on for decades.
Local councillor Patrick Mc Gowan is one of the directors of the centre, and has been closely involved in the campaign to have it built for many years.
He says the real impetus which kick started the process came on Donegal County Council in 1999, when the Stranorlar Electoral Area was established………..
