Following a break in the League of Ireland season, Finn Harps resumed with a one all draw against Shelbourne at Finn Park on Friday Night. The visitors scored the opener on the half hour mark. Harps grabbed the equalizer ten minutes from time with a goal from Tommy Bonnor.

Derry City’s lead at the top of the table has been cut to five points. Derry played out a scoreless draw on Friday with Longford Town at the Brandywell. Second placed Waterford Utd closed the gap with a three nil victory over Mervue Utd.
