Bail delayed for sex accussed while new address is arranged

Letterkenny District Court has heard that a pensioner facing over 100 charges of alleged sexual abuse, rape and indecent assault lives beside a school, and should not be released on bail until an alternative address can be found.
Gardai raised concerns, and the case was adjourned to Glenties District Court on July 28th with the man remaining in custody, despite his barrister pointing out that he is not a flight risk, and the school is closed for the holidays.
