Police say that children as young as 12 and 13 are being found on the streets of Derry heavily under the influence of alcohol at the weekends.
Last weekend alone two hundred items of alcohol were seized by police in Foyle with over 3,000 items of alcohol have been seized in the area in the last 12 months.
