Bomb explodes outside Derry shopping centre

A car bomb has exploded outside a shopping centre in Derry.
Police say the blast caused substantial damage to nearby shops.
A warning was received about an hour before the device exploded.
Dozens of homes and shops near to the DaVinci centre on Culmore Road were evacuated.
There are no reports of any injuries.
Police are warning of disruption in the area during Tuesday morning.
