Labours education spokesperson Ruairi Quinn says he can’t see Senator Pearse Doherty winning his High Court attempt to forcing the government to hold the Donegal South-West by- election.
The seat has been vacant since Pat The Cope Gallagher was elected to the European Parliament 16 months ago.
The former Labour leader says he believes the polls will go ahead in the spring, but not by order of the courts…..
