Soccer – Gallagher disappointed with another Harps draw

Finn Harps 0 v 0 Salthill Devon
Both teams ended this game with ten men in a fixture of few chances and little entertainment. Neither team had managed a win in their opening series of games in the First Division and it was Salthill who came closest to breaking the deadlock in the first half when Etanda Nkololo clipped the crossbar. Marc Brolly should have fired Harps in front after the break but he shot over from a good position. The Harps man was later shown a straight red card for a poor challenge on Salthill’s Cian McBrien. That incident followed a double booking for Salthill striker Victor Collins who was sent off for dissent seconds after being shown a yellow card, also for a bad tackle.
