Police have confirmed that a bomb has exploded at the City of Culture offices in Derry.
There are no reports of any injuries.
Shipquay Street in the city centre remains closed (weds 11pm) and motorists have been asked to avoid the area.
In January of this year there was a small explosion which damaged a door of the building.
Dissident republicans claimed responsibility for that attack.
