The cost of buying a home increased at its lowest rate in over two years, in the year to June.
Nationally, property prices rose by 5.6%, down from a rate of 6.1%.
In Donegal, the mean sale price for F92 was €283,094, F93 was €207,680 and F94 was €233,064 last month.
This represents a 10.5% rise in the year to June.
