Roads in the Finn Valley area were treacherous this morning after freezing conditions mixed with rain left black ice lying on many roads.
The Lifford to Letterkenny Road wass paticularly treacherous, and drivers are asked to take extreme care at Whitecross were one car has already crashed this morning.
The Killygordon, Castlefin, Convoy and Raphoe areas are also extremely bad.
