Youth recovering after being knocked down in Mountcharles

A teenager from south Donegal is recovering in hospital this morning having been struck by car.
The incident happened on the Mountcharles by-pass last evening.
The 16-year-old man was removed to Letterkenny General Hospital where his condition is described as stable.
The driver of the vehicle was treated for shock.
