PSNI make arrest in Strabane shooting investigation

Police have arrested a 47 year old man as part of an investigation into a shooting and assault on a 26 year old man in Strabane earlier this month.
The suspect was detained in the town this morning as part of police enquiries into the attack at Carlton Drive on 3 April.
A number of searches are also being conducted in the town.
The investigation is being carried out by Serious Crime Branch and local police.
