The Republic of Irelands Euro 2012 campaign got off to a disappointing start losing 3-1 to Croatia in Poznan last night.
Manzukic put the Croats ahead before Sean St Ledger equalised however Jeleavic and Manzukic got on the scoresheet to give Slaven Bilic’s team the win. Up next for Ireland are World Champions Spain on Thursday.
After last nights game former Republic of Ireland striker John Aldridge who played at Euro 88 and two World cups spoke to Oisin Langan.
