All but one of the seven Donegal beaches placed under a swimming restriction are now free of the advisory.
Lady’s Bay in Buncrana is the only remaining swimming spot affected by the notice, which was introduced on Tuesday.
Bundoran and Fintra were given the all-clear in the last hour, while Downings, Lisfannon, Rathmullan and Portsalon were restored this morning.
The temporary measure was introduced due to forecast heavy rainfall, which can lead to pollution from surface water run-off.
The measure was in place for three days and was due to end today.
