Findings of 90k report into controversial council project to be kept secret

Donegal County Council will not be releasing the full details of a 90 thousand euro evaluation of the Whole System of Work to either the public or councillors who sanction the spend.
The WSW has cost the Donegal public almost 3.5 million euro to date but has yet to be used. It is a system which is claimed will make the council run more effectively and more cost efficiently.
An audit has already questioned the level of expenditure on WSW to date – it questioned lavish expenses paid to its developer ONE SIGMA – it also found the council paid the company for information freely available on the web.
