A Donegal County Cllr has said that letters being issued trying to convince people to pay the household charge are a total waste of money.
The County Council are spending almost 14,000 euro alone on stamps for the 30,000 letters.
And Cllr Murray believes the letters will have little impact in convincing people to pay the household charge…
