Donegal Manager Jim Mc Guinness says the first team are continuing with their preparations ahead of the National Football League, training four times a week in the build up to the clash with Kildare at Croke Park next month.
It’s back to the hard grind since returning from the team holiday and Jim feels the side are still in better shape than this time last year.
