Former England and Aston Villa manager Graham Taylor has admitted that Shay Given’s days at Villa Park appear to be numbered.
Ireland’s most-capped international has struggled to break into the Aston Villa starting team this season, despite the club slipping into the relegation zone after a run of miserable form over the Christmas period.
The Donegal man has had to make-do with playing in goal during Villa’s cup appearances, which has prompted him to consider coming out of international retirement.
