A Letterkenny apartment with a reserve price of just 25,000 euro has failed to sell at auction.
The property is situated in Fortwell Estate , which is just off Main Street Upper and at an auction in Dublin boasted  ‘local shops and amenities available along Main Street’
The Ground floor two bedroom apartment is still available and the auctioneers, Alsop Space, are open to offers.
The Fisherman’s Lodge, located on the Laghey road in Pettigo did sell  – for 40,000 euro, ten thousand above its reserve.

It comprises a detached building arranged over ground and first floors beneath a pitched roof. Internally the property is arranged to provide bed and breakfast accommodation comprising four bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. Externally there is off-street parking and a rear patio area.
