English on Penn Relays Irish Team

Mark English has been included in Irish Medley relay team for the Penn Relays this weekend.
This world class meet gives a strong  Irish squad of English , Paul Robinson, Brian Gregan and Ciaran O’ Lionard an opportunity to mix it with U S , UK , Morocco  & Kenya teams.
A  few weeks ago Mark opened his season with a pb over 400 in the Irish University Championships representing UCD .
