29 jobs lost as High Court winds up Lafferty family businesses in Creeslough

29 jobs have been lost today with the news that two businesses owned by the Lafferty Family in Creeslough are to be wound up by order of the High Court.
Today, Justice Peter Kelly appointed an interim liquidator.
The family’s Vivo shop and filling station has been allowed to continue trading until the case is back before the high court in June.
A liquidators meeting in Letterkenny during the week heard how the Lafferty’s businesses debts far exceed their assets.
