
The final hurdle for the extension of Dungloe and Glenties Sewerage scheme has been passed with the government today announcing over 5 million euro allowing the projects to progress.
The long awaited work involves the provision of new wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations and sewers in Dungloe & Glenties.
It is expected that work will now be able to begin in weeks rather than months.
Making the announcement, Junior Minister Dinny McGinley says the work will have a major positive impact on the Environment:
