Amnesty International says families of those who died in the Troubles have been failed

It’s been launched by Amnesty International – which says that allegations of collusion have never been fully investigated and that a number of people behind some of the worst atrocities of the Troubles still walk free.
Amnesty says a new mechanism is needed to review the conflict, establish the truth about human rights violations and determine who’s responsible.
