Donegal Senior Football team Captain Michael Murphy has been named as the Irish captain for the upcoming International Rules Series against Australia.
The 24 year old Glenswilly clubman was confirmed in his position today by Ireland manager Paul Earley
The first test takes place in Cavan’s Breffni Park on October 19 followed by the series decider at Croke Park a week later.
