There is concern that the full time Public Health Nurse on Arranmore Island could be lost.
Labour Council Election Candidate Seamus Rodgers says it his understanding that the current nurse will be transferred to the main land.
Mr Rodger’s says the local concern is that it is the intention of the HSE to only provide a part time service into the future.
He says that is a cause of much concern:
