Strong Donegal interest in Junk Kouture Recycled Fashion Competition 2014

There is a strong representation again this year in the Junk Kouture Recycled Fashion Competition 2014
The competition, run by the European Recycling Platform sets the challenge to budding fashion designers among the nation’s secondary school students to rework trash and other already used materials and craft them into remarkable high-end couture fashion.
Amongst those who have entered from Donegal is the Carndonagh Community School –  dress is called “Tickled by Metalic Glamour” (pictured below).
