Horgan to shuffle the pack for cup encounter

Finn Harps feat
Finn Harps begin what they will hope to be an extended run in the FAI Cup on Friday night against Leinster Senior League side Belgrove / Home Farm at Fran Cooke Park, Dublin (kick-off 7.45pm).
Harps Manager Ollie Horgan will have to shuffle his pack as he deals with a raft of players who are unavailable.
Horgan will have to plan without the suspended duo of Josh Mailey and Michael Funston. Goalkeeper Shaun Patton is sitting his Leaving Certificate so is unavailable. Sean McCarron remains sidelined while there are doubts over the fitness of Paul McVeigh, Johnny Bonner and Damien McNulty. Caoimhin Bonner is available again though after missing the trip to Wexford last weekend through suspension.
Harps will go into the unknown on Friday against Belgrove / Home Farm who play their trade in the Lenister Senior League. Horgan knows they will prove a difficult hurdle to overcome for his depleted side.
“Belgrove will be a very difficult game given that we have so many players out, but even withstanding that, they are decent with many of their players with League of Ireland experience,” said Horgan.
Harps go into the game on the back of a four game unbeaten run. Last weekend, for the second game running, Harps came from behind to claim a draw as they fought from 2-0 down in Wexford for a share of the spoils.
Should Friday’s game end in a draw, a replay will be played at Finn Park on Monday next, 9th June, at 7.45pm.
