Transport Minister Leo Varadker has extended the Public Service Order governing flights from Dublin to Donegal until next February to allow the service continue during the tendering period for the new contract.
The current contract expires in November, but the three month extension will allow the recepit and assessment of applications.
Welcoming the extension, Deputy Joe Mc Hugh said he’s confident the service will continue into next year and beyond, and copperfasten the future of Donegal Airport………….
