Derry City go into the first leg of their Europa League qualifier against Shakhtyor Soligorsk at the Brandywell tonight (Thursday) knowing that this will be a much sterner test that their foray into European football last week.
City thumped Welsh side Abersystwyth 9-0 on aggregate last week.
But tonight’s game will be a real step in class against the team from Belarus.
City, though, are on a seven-game unbeaten run.
Dean Jarvis is ruled out with a foot injury, while Michael Duffy is doubtful with a hamstring strain.
Recent signing Stephen Dooley is available while Cliff Byrne and Ryan McBride return for the Candystripes after serving suspensions.
