The Aranmore Lifeboat was involved in the rescue of two people who were cut off by the tide at Maghera Beach near Ardara last night.
The lifeboat was launched at 10.20 after the copastguard was alerted to the situation.
Spokesperson Nora Flanagan says it was another successful launch during what has proven to be a very busy summer………
